CANCELLATION POLICY

To help you avoid any unnecessary fees or disappointment.

Here at The Beauty Room by Clara, we are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments for no charge up to 24hrs ahead, otherwise a 50% late cancellation fee or 100% no show will be required to cover your appointed time slot.

We understand that things come up and plans change but as a small salon, last minute changes to the diary greatly affect our business and our staff.

If your life’s unpredictable and you don’t want to risk the cancellation fee we understand and recommend you call/text us on the day you’re available for an appointment and we will try our absolute best to get you in instead of rebooking.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you’re late, we're late. 

As courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to.

If you are more then 10 minutes late we will be unable to carry out the treatment so this will be classified as a “no show” and will result in a cost being payable.
